Where are our products manufactured?
All SoldiDesign products are proudly made in Italy. Assembly happens in Tuscany, while printing is done in Lombardy. Every component, from the tiniest screw to the packaging, is sourced from Italian suppliers.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
Delivery from Italy to the US typically takes 7 to 10 business days. Orders for items in stock will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the order date. For items that are temporarily out of stock, shipping is guaranteed within 4 weeks. SoldiDesign reserves the right to delay shipments in the event of force majeure.
What is the duration of the warranty?
The warranty for conformity lasts two years from the date of purchase. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How do I return an item?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving the product. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please send the product to: Via Pratignone 50, 50041 Calenzano (FI), Italy. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Are the products delivered ready to use?
Most of our products are delivered fully assembled. However, the Sfera modules only need the components screwed together, and the 9-tier Infinity requires some simple assembly.

How much can Ovetto hold?
Ovetto has a capacity of 14.3 gallons, roughly equivalent to the size of a large wine jug, a mini-fridge, or a small aquarium.
How do I clean Ovetto?
We recommend the use of neutral, non-aggressive products for the external surface. Normal cleaning with any disinfectant is suitable for the inside.
What size bags should I use?
Standard 6 to 8-gallon bags are the perfect fit for Ovetto.
What makes Ovetto sustainable?
Ovetto is made from recycled plastic and is 100% manufactured in Italy.
Can I put Ovetto outside?
Yes, Ovetto can be placed outdoors. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as, like all plastics, it may discolor or change color due to rain or temperature fluctuations.
How long does Ovetto last?
Ovetto is designed to withstand the test of time, with an average lifespan of around 10 years.
My Ovetto has small dents on the sides. Is it damaged?
No, Ovetto is made from ABS plastic, which cannot be dented. The small dents you see are a result of the internal structure's shrinkage and are intentional, helping to maintain the product’s overall integrity.
What should I use to clean Ovetto?
For the exterior, we recommend using neutral, non-aggressive cleaning products. For the interior, regular cleaning with any disinfectant will keep it in top condition.
What if a component of Ovetto breaks?
Ovetto is made up of over 25 components, all of which can be replaced. If something breaks, you can easily purchase individual parts directly from our website in the spare parts section.
BUC
How do I use BUC?
BUC is made up of two parts: a base and a lid. To open it, simply lift the lid. It features rods on all four corners, and the laundry bag can be folded on top of the rods and you can pull the drawstring to secure it in place. You can remove it just as easily to conveniently transport your laundry to the laundry area.
Is it possible to link multiple BUC units?
Yes, you can put multiple BUC units together. Thanks to its modular design, you can arrange several BUC units together to create a tailored sorting system. BUC includes four pre-drilled holes, and assembly is done using 4x10 screws and M4 nuts.
Why does the bottom of my BUC have small dents in the corners?
No need to worry! The small dents in the four corners are not a defect. They occur due to the natural shrinkage of the internal structure during production. ABS plastic, which is a highly durable material used in a variety of everyday products, like pipes, musical instruments, car parts, and even toy bricks, requires this feature to maintain its structural integrity.
What’s the best way to clean BUC?
For cleaning, it’s best to use neutral, non-abrasive products for both the exterior and interior. This will help maintain its appearance and functionality.

How much can Sfera hold?
Sfera has a total capacity of 31.7 gallons, roughly the size of a standard bathtub.
Which bags suit Sfera?
Standard 14.5-15.8 gallon bags are ideal for Sfera.
Is Sfera suitable for organic waste disposal?
Sfera is specifically designed for public spaces where large volumes of waste are generated while maintaining high hygiene standards. It does not feature hatches or closures to prevent direct contact with waste and to ease the management of discarded materials. For this reason, it is not recommended for organic waste disposal.
Can Sfera be used outdoors?
Yes, Sfera can be placed outdoors. It is made with UV protection, but it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as, like all plastics, it may discolor or change color over time due to rain and temperature fluctuations.
How long does Sfera last?
Sfera is built to endure frequent use in public or high-traffic areas. The durable recycled plastic used in its construction has an average lifespan of about 10 years.

How should I clean Sfera?
For cleaning the exterior, use neutral, non-abrasive products. For the interior, it's recommended to clean regularly with any disinfectant to maintain hygiene.
How do I change the bag in Sfera?
To change the bag in Sfera, simply lift the lid from the compartment where the bag needs to be replaced. Once opened, remove the full bag as you would from any regular bin. Then, take a new bag and place it into the compartment. Attach the ends of the bag to the rods by inserting them into the "X"-shaped notches, ensuring that the bag is securely in place and stable.
INFINITY
How many pairs of shoes can Infinity store, and what types are suitable?
Infinity can store any type of shoe, including low boots. Each shelf holds two pairs of shoes. For shoes taller than 6 inches, spacers are available to increase the shelf height.
Infinity is also suitable for men's shoes up to US size 10. For larger sizes, the toe may slightly stick out beyond the shelf.
Is Infinity only for shoes?
Not at all! Infinity is a versatile storage solution that can be used for more than just shoes. You can store and display bags, accessories, scarves, hats, and many other items, allowing you to unleash your creativity and organize your space in style.
What are the spacers for?
The 4-inch and 7-inch spacers allow you to increase the distance between shelves, making room for larger items or helping to customize the storage space to your needs.
What is the best way to clean Infinity?
To clean Infinity, use a neutral, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid using harsh sponges or scrubbers that could damage the surface.

How much clothing can Royal Twin hold?
Royal Twin comes with 12 hooks, and you can also hang clothes on the top and tips of the "head," offering even more hanging space for your items.

How does the closure mechanism of Lovino work?
Lovino features an integrated magnetic closure system. To open it, gently press on one side to separate the two halves. To close, simply bring the parts together, and they will align automatically due to the magnetic attraction, ensuring a secure and stable closure.
